2018-01-30  Programs 'xldam' and 'xldpn' were slightly updated,
             so as to suppress compiler WARNING (on Windows).

2018-02-13  Program 'ggrids' was updated,
             so as to improve logging file output.
             (to describe Altitude reference of Output GRID data)

2018-07-07  Programs 'xldam' and 'xldpn' were slightly modified,
             so as to fix a bug of using undefined variables.

2018-07-10  Patch file "dpam_201807.patch" was generated for above updates.

2018-08-14  Program 'pltrk' was slightly modified,
             so as to correct the guide message for Coord.no. parameter input.

2018-08-18  Program 'dmaq2asc' was updated for bug fix and improvement
             so as to accept OLD and NEW format input data,
             and to detect abnormal GPS data appropriately.

2019-02-09  Programs 'pltrk' was updated,
             so as to improve the automatic selection of ScaleBar size.

2019-12-10  Patch file "dpam_201912.patch" was generated for above updates.
