2022-02 Update for the GSJ Open-file Report no.655 (AMXS)

1. AMXS (Perl) CGI folder "/pub/cgi/AMXS/":

  a) New files (4):
       drange2.cgi, setsp.cgi, setsp.par, srcview.cgi
  b) Updated files (3)
       caligrf.cgi, exabort.cgi, show.cgi

2. AMXS CGI utility source folder "/pub/cgi/AMXS/bin/src/":

  a) New files (3)
       drange2.c, mkmpng2.c, (setsp_template.png)
  b) Updated files (7)
       @mkall, darea.c, drange.c, igrfidf.c, mkmpng.c, mktpng.c,
       (setgp_template.png)

  After placing those files into "/pub/cgi/AMXS/bin/src/" folder, enter into
  the folder and execute '@mkall' script.  Then, source programs in C language
  are compiled to generate executable binaries, which are stored in 1-level
  upper folder "/pub/cgi/AMXS/bin/".

3. AMXS HTML folder "/pub/html/AMXS/":

  a) New files (2)
       entrance.html, entranceJ.html
  b) Updated file (1)
       index.html
  c) File to be deleted (1)
       entry.html

4. AMXS forms HTML folder "/pub/html/AMXS/forms/":
