AMXS: AeroMagnetic Expert System

Contents:

  We have been engaged in the research on aeromagnetic survey, and developed various kinds of programs for data processing, analysis and interpretation. The AMSS3, a fully-revised and expanded version of the system of processing program has been open to public through the GSJ Open-file Report no. 648. This software system is based on the CUI scheme, which might be annoying for some users. Then, we developed a workstation environment of GUI with user-friendly Web (HTML) interface to perform actual data processing with the AMSS3 system, and we name this environment "AeroMagnetic Expert Systam" (AMXS). In this report, we show the documentation and source codes of it.

Revision 2022-02 (Latest) :
    This AMXS system works based upon "AMSS3: Software system for aeromagnetic data processing, grid data manipulation, and reduction and quantitative interpretation of magnetic anomaly data (3)", and AMSS3 system has been updated to include new functions, etc.   Then a new revision 2022-02 of AMXS system is built to follow AMSS3 renewal.
    On the contents of this revision, it will not be convenient to describe the detailed points of updates, but the situation of each source code folders are desclibed together with presenting new/updated source codes, in an HTML document.   Please read update0655-4E.html.
    Updated HTML documentation of "AMXS Overview" is available at AMXSE.html (or AMXS.html in Japanese).

内容紹介：

　著者らは，永年にわたり空中磁気探査の研究に従事し， その中でデータ処理・解析の各種プログラムを開発してきました． 空中磁気探査関係の各種データ処理解析ソフトウェアについては， 地調研究資料集 no.648 において，その全面改訂版の内容を ソースプログラムを含めて公開しています． それらのプログラムは， CUIに基づいて動作するので，ユーザにとって煩わしい面があります． そこで，ユーザに親しみのある Web (HTML) インターフェイスの GUI を装備した作業環境を構築し，"AeroMagnetic Expert Systam" (AMXS) と名づけています．この研究資料集には，AMXS の利用環境とその特徴を 記すとともに，そのソースコードを収録します．

2022-02 改訂版 (最新) :
　AMXSシステム動作の基盤となっている "AMSS3: Software system for aeromagnetic data processing, grid data manipulation, and reduction and quantitative interpretation of magnetic anomaly data (3)" への個別プログラムの追加等に 対応して，AMXSシステムの一部改修を行っており，それに対応した改訂版(2022-02) を公開します．
　その改修によるソース類の変更は，変更点を個別に記載することが効果的とは 考えられないので，従前のソースの存在するフォルダごとに，新規／更新後の ソースの提示とともに変更内容を記載する．その内容は， update0655-4.html をお読み下さい．
　なお，更新後の概要説明書HTMLが AMXS.html (英語版：AMXSE.html) にあります．

更新履歴:
  [MAR 2020] 累積的な更新情報 update0655-2.html があります． 更新内容は，より快適な動作，誤記訂正，コンパイル時の警告抑止などを 目的とするものです．
  [SEP 2020] 実行中プログラムのABORT処理の不具合の可能性解消のために， Perl CGI script "cgi/AMXS/exabort.cgi" を修正した情報が update0655-3.html にあります．
